For the second consecutive year, TravelAge West readers chose Royal Caribbean as the Cruise Line Providing the Best Travel Agent Support. Business Development Manager Lori Goldspiel also became the first cruise line representative to twice-win the Favorite Individual Cruise Line Representative award.
